There are no ways of getting it for free, as someone stated the only way is License Transfer, which obviously has Consequences.

You'll have to wait for GOTY edition to get the DLC for free undetected, and that's only if it's DRM free.

Not always, but my friend got console banned for doing it. It's against the XBL Terms and Conditions, and Microsoft don't joke around like PS3 does. They take things so serious..That you can only License Transfer 1-2 time a YEAR. I think Ps3 is more than that..File sharing is what they call it.
