Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I will +rep to anyone who provides logical useful information. Thank you. (I have cleared cache and deleted the TU. The problem continues.)

The unrendered textures look a bit like GTA: San Andreas graphics. Just for reference.

U have a laserburn on ur disk most likely.
Take it to the video store and have it cleaned

If they colour is really dark in gameplay and you can't see s*** its laser burned as it has happened to my mate.

It's not laser burned. I have 3 copies of Black Ops 2. 1 back-up and 2 for me and my brother.

Yeah man.. Im starting to believe it's the xbox it's self. Older xboxes tend to not do things correctly. Such as run and read games correctly. I have a slim that has a faulty power-brick. Black Ops 2 ran perfectly on it.
