Very simple.

The glitch has been patched.
There is no current way of accessing theatre.
If they ask you to subscribe or like their video, it's fake.
If they make you send a message to a gamertag, don't. They're asking for people to spam their friends.
If they make you download something then you deserve to have the virus inside it.
Low post counters also are a big look out for.
Look out for scams, if they ask you to pay before entry, it's certainly not legit.
