My blackberry keeps freezing with a loading sign in the centre and how do I get it too stop ?

-Restart your phone
-Reset your whole, which will delete everything
-Take it to a mobile store, see what they can do

Hope i helped.
Dont reset or restart your phone, it dosn't make a difference. I had exactly the same problem, all you have to do is simply take the casing off of the back of your phone, remove your battery and wait foe 2/3 seconds, then place the battery back into your phone and boot it back up again.
I got this information from the Vodafone store.
