Alright so I've had the three red lights for a few weeks now... And I finally got my Arctic Silver 5... I applied it and everything and tested it and it went down to 1 red light... I tried to weigh down that hana chip and It didnt work and I dont wanna take off the heatsinks again and have to reapply the paste just to heatgun it... Idk what to do

i did exactly the same thing you did and it never worked. i recommend sending it to microsoft if you have not yet broke the seal when opening the xbox 360.

I did break the seal and I bought the xbox second hand AND its from 2k7...

Well to be fair you should have heat gunned it before you applied the paste.
For a tempory fix, switch the console on with the fans unplugged/block the fans from spinning, wait for 2 red lights to appear, then turn the console off for 10 mins and wait for it to cool down, see if that works.
I have done it before just to check a dashboard version on a RROD console before reflowing the board, I done it to a xenon and it lasted me 2 years lol. I would recommend reflowing it after over heating though because if its a (H)ANA Chip problem, then it will keep coming back untill you fix the problem properly = re-ball, but in your case, re-flow, so reflow all the chips including CPU and GPU.

Aww man alright yeah I never though of heat gunning it because I thought it wouldve worked with just doind the xclamp fix im only twelve and my uncle came over to help me with the paste I didn't want to put too little or too much paste on...

Alright... So I got it working I did the penny trick where you put the pennies on the RAM and it will start up but after like three minutes it gets the two red rings... Help pl0x

I got it working! I took the heatsinks off and tigthened up the bolts on them and put it together and voila! Thanks for the suggestions though guys!
