The Christmas tree came from Pagans in Germany, I believe, that's what he is trying to say.

Shadow- wrote Well first off all with are generation christmas , birthdays , and alot of holidays people only like them for a couple reasons and forgot the real tradition. And the reasons people like holidays now are reasons such as No school and presents. And people just follow there parents and the world how many people can actually tell me a story about how the christmas tree comes in place ? not many people well i think people should stop following others and get back to the real meaning of christmas where famileis should get togather have a good meal and religios practices and such things so i think before you celebrate this christmas you should do a little research on it and tell your family and not just follow others./rant over
How can you lose something you don't have in the first place? I believe the true meaning of Christmas is ofc, celebrating Jesus Christ's birthday. And also spending time with family. I do agree with you to an extent, but let's face it, the presents are important too. Try going a Christmas without any sort of presents at all, and get back to me on how you cope with it.

I have lost all Christmas tradition once I learned Santa wasn't real.
I'm not even excited for the gifts.
Only the snow in winter for snowboarding.

Also people die, is that considered screwing up the tradition too?
non-christians celebrate it just to follow the people .
Christmas was originally a Pagan festival know as Yule Tide, adopted by christianity. Do your research, dumba**.

I don't believe in god and celebrate christmas. You're getting mad because other people are having fun?
