Cheap Method

Levels 1-15: You will need to purchase 61 Normal logs from either the grand exchange or another player with in the game, this will take you to level 15 firemaking.

Levels 15-30: You will need to purchase 183 Oak Logs from either the grand exchange or another player within the game, this will take you to level 30.

Levels 30-45:You will need to purchase 535 Willow Logs from either the grand exchange or another player, this will be enough to get you level 45.

Willow logs = 108k xp Per Hour.

Levels 45-99: You will need to purchase 96,096 maple logs from the grand exchange or another player and this will be enough to get get you to 99 and you will get your skill cape!

Levels 83-99: Curley Roots
This requires 83 woodcutting also. This is 300k EXP p/h. It is also the fastest and cheapest ways to train firemaking.

I would advise you to go to world 100 at Shanty Pass. This is the bonfire world and it will give you max experience.
