Gtief - Town works for me. But you must not get down, and revive every man you can. I'll run MP5 (Not upgraded), and the M1911 upgraded in case any of my teammates are in trouble and need a hoard cleaned out.

If you don't want to do that, you can always play Tranzit and use the Skullcrusher strategy. (Skullcruhser is the M16 upgraded.)

You need to play constantly. If you stop playing for a certain amount of days the tally will go down, eg you have 5 and stop playing for 2 it goes to three. You need to play at least 1 game every 24 hours for 5 days to get 5 rally's, 3 days for 3 ect.
