Cod 4- at lowered resolution and absolutely bare minimum settings, 30fps
devil may cry 4- At lowered resolution and low-medium settings, 30fps

I have one more question, is there any way to improve these settings and what games is possible to run at medium?

be ok on this motherboard "Gigabyte M68MT-S2" PCI-express ? that clear enough???
