Not all of them do. I have never actually seen a CPU that is soldered onto the board in a laptop out of the 5 laptops i currently have every one has a standard CPU socket.

Simcity: You're joking, right? Yes, it will get playable fps on max settings with no problem

They're also releasing it for Mac. Your GPU is much higher quality than that of any Macs that are sold.
