Halo 3 will not install to xexmenu! please helpPosted:

ok
the problem is every time i try to copy halo3 to xexmenu it copies it till it hits ( total progress %5) then it stops.
i have plenty of memory on my hdd. (its a 60gb)
and its a BRAND NEW HALO3 i just bought it just to mod it
it lets me copy every other game (mw2,cod4,mw3,bo2)
after it hits %5 it stops so i go to check the folders to see whats missing and its (all maps,fonts,images,info)
so i start it up from default.xex to see if it will play (no luck)
i have tried for 2 hours and still no luck!
IF YOU CAN HELP ME I WILL REP +1!

Try copying it in fsd

It is not jtag fault so don't worry bud It might be disk If its got the Tiniest scratch I will work hope it helped bud

Its a brand new disk I seriously just got home with the disk and put it straight into the Jtag

On xex menu once the disk it in... Have a usb in the usb drive...
1. go to dvd
2 copy all files on dvd to usb or HDD
3. Click start on default xex. Make sure all files are on the usb or hdd
4. If this does not work try a diff default xex if all files are on usb or hdd
5. if all fails reformat your hdd or get a new xex menu.
6. dont just extract the img file and stuff with dvd extract that thing barelly ever has worked for me

Why would u mod it The last time I went on halo 3 the multiplayer servers were down
