I have been paying steam for a while but then I stopped due to school and everything and so I tried to play today but it keeps giving me an error. The error says "There Was a problem with your Steam Installation. Please reinstall Steam." So I tried that but it gives me another error and cancels the installation. I tried contacting steam but that did not work because you have to log in. When I try that it says that my e-mail can not be found in Steam files. So can anyone help?
