my samsung galaxy s3 will not connect to my wifi can anyone tell me how to fix this? i have tried dialing *#0011# and disabling power saving on my wifi and it still doesnt work. why is this happening

unplug your router and plug it back in.

my router is working as i am on my pc, xbox, and playstation 3 and ipad are all currently connected to my wifi, and i have 100mbs fibre optic broadband speed so i really am not understanding why this is happening, says i am connected to the routers but it wont download any data at all

Have you tried removing your wifi connection from your phone then setting it back up again? Turn airplane mode on and off as well.

Contact your service provider and let them know what is going on, your phone could have a glitch or some faulty wiring.
