TTGxS0niC wrote ^^^ in terms that i can understand please so if i dont overclock wit and get the 7950 will i need to get anything else?

Changing the motherboard to one with a B75 chipset, which does not support overclocking, from Z77, using the stock cooler instead of an aftermarket one, and getting a CPU with a locked multiplier will lower the price a LOT. You won't be able to overclock the CPU, though, but honestly it's not going to be hugely beneficial and performance in lightly-threaded tasks will still blow overclocked AMD out of the water for less.

And you get Crysis 3 and Bioshock Infinite for free. That alone would be enough to go from the 7870 to the 7950 without changing anything else if you ask me.
