I die lots in my dreams, I just respond like 3 seconds before it happened.

I have heard people say that if you die in a dream then your mind thinks your dieing in real life and it just shuts down, some weird stuff man

But what if, say you're falling off a building and you die, that you die of shock, i had a dream the other night that i was falling from a very tall building, and woke up mid-fall, my heart was pounding and adrenaline had kicked in, what if you hit the ground and shock took over?

to answer your question, no you dont die in real life... i have died in my "Dreams" before ... Obviously im typing this so therefor i know the answer to your question is no , because i have experienced it first hand... im not saying it is impossible too, what do you think happends when people die in their sleep? do you think they "dreamed" of their own death?

That is very scary, I think in my own opinion you could die in your dream and die in real life because of so much shock just like what people previously on this post.

I don't believe so. I have died in tons of dreams. Usually you do wake up before the good/bad part though. I just respawn in my dreams though.

What could happen is you die of Heart Attack. That's one risk.

It happened to me before. I was playing Ghost Recon: Future Soldier some months ago, and I went to bed right after playing. I don't remember what the dream was about, but I remember getting pegged in the chest like a sniper hit me. It scared me really bad and I jumped when I woke up. That experience made me know how psychologically formidable snipers can be on the battlefield. Your all fine with your buddies one second then bang, someones dead and nobody knows what is going on.
