If I were you I would just completely restore it. Put it to factory settings.

Click your windows button & type in "msconfig". Then under startup look for anything suspicious & uncheck it, then restart your computer.

It's possible that it's a rat(Remote Administration Tool). Go into task manager and look under processes & end the processes of anything you don't recognize.

try restoring it because sometimes mine runs slow and the internet wont work and restoring it helps everytime
