Ok, just a quick idea. Probably wrong, but an idea. - What if every letter corresponds to a specific number? For ex - E = 5. The numbers that are already there stay what they are. It's a long shot, but then could it possibly be Decrypted easily from Hex? Any of you brave members can try this if you want. No promises.

I understand but most smart people aren't gonna try to decode that with out knowing where it came from. It would just be a boost for everyone who is "ahead", but it is pretty smart of you guys to do that.
