I company is not going to be like - "This guy said your instead of you're. He must be stupid and uneducated, he is not getting a job.

You're wrong. I'm right. A company will look at your Social Network profiles and see how you actually spell on the internet. Perhaps you can use 2morrow or your in your sentence, but that doesn't mean a job will choose you over someone who uses tomorrow and you're. They'll go for the one who proves to be the smartest of their choices.
