The i5 3570k Is better than the i7 at the price point
Edit 2: A decent Air cooler will preform better than the H100

Alright how about a mad Catz rat 5?

Then what would a good gaming keyboard be?
Honestly? I can't tell the difference between keyboards, I've tried many Gamingboards and a normal cheap one. No difference for me.

Would a wireless apple keyboard work? If not I'm just going to get a cheaper razer or Alienware keyboard.
Yes you can, but i don't recommend Apple keyboards

This is the best for your needs.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Corsair XMS3 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
HIS Radeon HD 7970 3GB Video Card
NZXT Phantom 410 (Gunmetal/Black)
Corsair Professional Gold 850W
Samsung SH-224BB DVD/CD Writer
Microsoft Windows 8 Full (64-bit)
Asus VS239H-P 23.0" Monitor

It will cost roughly $1500 for all of these. The monitor is 1080P IPS. SSD. 16GB RAM (8GB necessary). 3570K will handle photoshop, gaming, etc.
