I dont want to run new games right now just maybe late 2011 or 2012 games if you can list some parts that would work for most games in that time zone for $400 to $450

I agree, even if you want to play games from 2011/12 I would just save up to about 750, then you could get much better computer.

It's a little tricky to get a build for around $400. But your best bet is to get a build from r00t. He is the mod for this section to and is amazing with this stuff!
