What 7950 would you be going for??

The boost version from Sapphire or the Mac/Win from Sapphire also if I decide to build a hackintosh in the future.

For a hackintosh, I'm pretty sure you can use any 7950, and I would go with a the sapphore boost version or the gigabyte windforce version.

This Sapphire card is the best 7950 option from Newegg at the moment.

Nope, this is the only 7950 or in general, this is the only 7000 series card that works with Mac OS X. It has a special UEFI chip for switching between operating systems.

You might want to buy it fast, the price often jumps between $290 and $320-$330. Yesterday it was $330 I believe..

I don't know if I want to build a hackintosh yet. I would have to do a complete pc overhaul for that.

Why would you want that for a hackintosh? You can use any 7950. Save money and get the Sapphire with a better cooler.
