CyberPowerPC.com is the best choice besides building it yourself.

I would always reccomend building your own. But for prebuilts, origin is good.

Well, assuming they want a normal surfing and word processing pc, just go into configurators on CyberPower, and select a B75 rig. Customize it with parts that you think they'll need, and give it an ugly generic case.
