I'm not sure if it is only me that gets really annoyed by this but it is so annoying when someone claims to like a band like Nirvana but only knows Smells Like Teen Spirit.

It's even worse when they have a Nirvana t-shirt on and I'm saying "Do you like Lithium and Heart Shaped box?" and they don't know what I'm talking about.

This really annoys me, sort it out people!

yeah that is annoying, people often say they like brick squad and im like ok whos your favorite rapper from BSM and there like uhhhhhh idk all of them -_-. its dumb, GTFO than you only know one song from them

i think its ok if people only like 1 or 2 songs from a certain band or group, but if they say they are the biggest fans and only know like 1 or 2 of the band or artists big songs then yea i wouldnt like that lol

genre isn't the topic of discussion, he said up above am I the only one? and I gave him an example of how it happens to me all the time also. and not true not all rap is "ghetto"

The thing is even though they may only know one song they still may like that band for the song.
