I've seen a 2000 fiesta 1.25l with 35k miles for 800

Get a nissan micra, very cheap on insurance, atleast it is a cheap car and i hope ypu're planning to use it for what it is supposed to be used for, not boy racing haha ;)

A Mazda 3 or a 1997 Nissan skyline GTR Skyline was my first car, saved up for it a long time. I found one that was around 4,000 but it needed work. I suggest buying a car then building it up so if it ever has problems. You will know what to do since you built it yourself.
