Hey I just bought GT4 and ive been trying to play multiplayer but there isnt an option like there is on the xbox. . . So I was just wondering if anyone knows how to do it

You access the multiplayer though the single player on the cell phone.

There should be an option in game that allows you to. Unless it is only a SP game and not MP.
If you don't see it anywhere, try Shift+Tab in game and it'll pull up the community menu. You may find it there.
