He doesn't have to have permission to release this from every single dev. All of these are public menus or have been previously cracked and spammed across every forum known to date. He said that the private menus have GT locks in them and you have to replace them with your own if you want them to work. The fame from modding is gone, everyone is a leecher now because very few of these people actually made their own menus from the ground up.
