After having my Jtag off for quite some time, I booted it up to host a lobby for my friends. But it turns out that the video output is messed up. I get a black screen with lines going across it. Could it be a bad flash or am I done for?

Try a different, video/audio cable.
If that doesn't I believe you'll need to get it reflown.

yeah the only way to fix this is getting re flowed once the video or audio goes in an xbox it need fixed professorially

Make sure it's all plugged in.
If not, try a different av cable.
You might have a problem, and you have to take apart the xbox, and have to reflow it.

You can do it personally with a heat gun, but it's cheaper and much better to ship it to a professional.
