I currently have a ATi Radeon 5770 XFX edition. I need a new graphics as mine is getting low for frames when I play on new games on higher settings. My price range right now is $50-200.
I do a lot of video editing and rendering too as well as play games a lot.
I also need a new case as mine is pretty much falling apart and is not providing the air flow need for my computer. I would prefer a case with lots of fans that come with the case.
Price range $50-100.

The 660 is the best card at its price point and you might not need a new power supply because it only requires one PCIe power connector. I also has CUDA support, which can increase performance in a lot of productivity applications.

The 200R will give you adequate airflow, but you should shop around for a case you like. There are a lot of good cases to choose from, but $100 is a lot. Bear in mind that having a few good, well-placed fans is better than having a lot of fans.
