Well how did we come from nothing, who put the atoms there?
Right back at you, how did God come from nothing? Anyway it's a good question to ask from both sides because you'll get stuck in a constant loop, a paradox.

Second and third question, how did we just come to be walking on this planet called Earth? How did we come up with the idea of Jesus and God?

This is called Pascal's Wager.
Basically, God would know you only 'believe' in him to save yourself from a possible doom, not that you actually believe in him through true faith and conviction.

If this is your reason for believing in God, you're just as likely to go to Hell as I am.

Zeus is made up from movies... None of the Gods in the movies are real they are all made up. And what have you got to lose believing in God?
