Okay I tried to download Horizon, and then after that I got on both of my browsers and they were snap.do? I think I have fixed it but then after changing a few things on chrome. I tried to log off and log back on, and chrome went back to the snap.do. My IE is fine, but chrome is messed up. I think I might have gotten it this time but again not for sure. Any advice with dealing with this.

There is an option within chrome on a set of tabs to open up when starting the browser. It is seperate to homepage. Find it, and snap.do is in there.

Awful and enraging piece of software that crap is...

That doesn't get rid of it.

The only thing I can recommend is that you research and try everything you can find on getting rid of it.

I have a friend who has that problem and I could not get rid of it. I uninstalled it, removed it from chrome, re installed chrome. You name it, I did it.

I had this problem too. Go into uninstall programs and remove both of the snap.do related programmes. They are considered browser hijackers and are very dangerous.

snap-do is a browser virus i had it and it is very easy to get rid of its installed in your computer panel>applications and then look for some suspicious ones like ones that end in toolbar or internet or browser then once uninstalled just run a scan then it should be gone.
