You can't sell something for free.

A definition: An act of selling; An easy task; To agree to transfer goods or provide services in exchange for money; To be sold; To promote a particular viewpoint; to manipulate towards a desired end; To trick, or cheat someone; To pretend that an opponent's blows or maneuvers are causing legitimate ...

He's not charging for it, but it's still a service because he's the one providing it from his place. Nothing wrong with that, it's still technically marketing, because he's marketing his service by attracting people with it being free of charge. It's like the xbox live market place, not everything on the Market place costs, there are a lot of things that are free there for download too, but it's still marketing because of people downloading it so much, the popularity made w/e got downloaded pushed further with more addons to the w/e was downloaded, then it costs. So yes, he is posting this in the right spot, some people may actually like what he's streaming, you never know, so don't blow him off yet.
