When I try to turn on my RGH it starts up and shows no dashboard or xbox 360 intro.The Xell menu still pops up when you upen the tray. Is there any way that i can restart it or anything?

Flash the nand what came with your console if one came.

If you have your original nand, use J-Runner to create a new freeboot image and you can flash it to the console via xell.
