If i gift my first account all of the secret and unicorn cars, will I get banned?

You will get banned instantly for the unicorns. I mistakenly gifted a unicorn car to a friend and have been banned from the design catalog and from gifting anything and can not earn the new medals. I'm not sure about the secret cars, but I know you will get banned just for having them in your garage.
