still wont work, and i read that post on bukkit and that didn't help

ok. if you had the same problem as when i first started, when your op you can talk. but if your a guest you cannot?

Q,1: Are you using ModifyWorld?

Q,2: Have you gave Guest the permission essentials.chat?

Q,3: Are you using Multiworld?

Thanks for the help guys but i found out my major problem was that i was using command book with essentials and commandbook overrides essentials commands soo instead of essentials.msg i would have to have essentials.msg. What i did was removed command book since i already coded the perms with essentials commands.
