i am getting my falcon in about a week and i was wondering if i would need xbox live stealth to keep me from getting banned.

I will be modding on games like MW2, and W@W.

Let me know if i would need it and if i could even get it stealth for free?

you want get stealth for free and even if you do have it you can still get after is runs out thats why you need to change your ip after hosting

If you want to host online yes you will need XBLS or you'll be banned instantly, and if you get banned all you have to do is get a new KV.

For W@W and MW2, no you dont need XBLS.
I dont think you can get banned from w@w lobbies but you can from MW2.

And you will need a regular xbox incase you didnt know.

Are you talking about a KV? If so, no. It depends on how long you buy the KV for. The only KV that's lasts "forever" is the lifetime Kv which is $3,000 dollars. Once you're KV runs out its not much time until your banned but you can simply buy another KV.

When I talked to the guys from XBLS a type 2 KV was $40.

There isn't a KV that lasts forever, once Microsoft detects your modded console online they'll ban your KV.

Do you even know what you're talking about with KV's? They don't run out.
