I don't think any sport is harder than the other. Think, Im a soccer player if I tried to play Hockey, Id think its the hardest sport ever. But if a hockey player played soccer he'd say the same. It's just about how familiar you are with the sport.

Rugby was the hardest for me to.

hockey looks hard lol but i love baseball

I know this sounds kinda wack but i think body building is the most tough because of the things you lose when doing it and the time that is consumed when doing this, also you can permantly injure yourself by doing this.

Other the other hand with the choices that are on the list i would have to go with the full contact coordination sports, you can injure yourself really bad by doing that to.

Thats my opinion.

Even though it is not on the list I am going to have to go with crosscountry
It definitely takes the most mental strength.

I've played nearly everything American, and basketball wore me out the most. I love that you play inside, but it's SO difficult for me.
