I would rather have the gaming console.

I dont care about built in entertainment like many others as you can save $100 by literally pressing a button on your tv remote.

xbox one and ps4 are both good in theirr own ways stop the console debate.

I would call what both consoles already have an inovation. The PS3 and Xbox 360 both have the ability to watch TV and other entertaiment. The TV which you play on comes with it so i dont know how you people cant see that you are spending $100 on something which just isnt needed on a GAMES console.

Neither is consider a gaming console. Both are considered entertainment systems. Gameing is classified as entertainment. So guess which one pulls out on toP? ps4 lacks innovation but meets hardware. Xbox strives in innovation, slightly behind ps4 in hardware, But exceeds in online potential. buy which ever one you want to, but compare the 2. this is stating the obvious

its mostly microsoft fans who go out of their way to down talk sony, sony is a better company and will be on top this generation in my opinion none is better than the other, debates wont get you anywhere.

Microsoft have done nothing but match what the PS4 already had and even with this DRM change they have lost some abilities that they had before such as game sharing through the internet/system. Overall the xbox one is just an updated xbox 360, nothing new but more tv and livestreaming which all could have been done on the 360.
