He's just saying that Hitler was a genius when it came to being a military strategist and winning over people with his charisma, I strongly agree with what he said and would even support it, but yes I understand Hitler was a even person and what he did was wrong, but if Hitler had not killed millions of Jews he wouldn't be remembered for being a evil man but rather a brilliant military strategist.
