Everyone has at least raged once about something, anywhere from games to stupid companies making dumb decisions. *cough cough microsoft* What really grinds my gears is when I was watching the "infamous" Xbox one press conference... ARE THEY DUMB!? Ok so they brought the xbox 360 and kick some A$$ and somewhat listen to our opinions, but then they make this Xbox one and throw all the progress away!? I mean really WTF? Almost 3weeks later they FINALLY LISTEN TO US! That's what really grinds my gears is that a company that has billions and billions of dollars is still money hungry and at a conference they decide to see our expressions when they know what we want! They could be reasonable like Sony but no they expect us to like what ever they give us... What grind your gears!?

What's wrong with a company being money hungry? That's the point of being a business. If they didn't want profits, they would even make new products like the Xbox one, let alone listen to what people want.
Trust me, Microsoft have done their market research - they know how to satisfy their customers as a whole. Just because the people complaining are making a big deal out of the Xbox doesn't mean everybody hates it. There are just as many people, if not more, that do like the new ideas and concepts that the Xbox one brings. The reason they aren't noticed as much are because they aren't making a big deal out of it.

I agree with this guy. Microsoft are listening NOW because they thought that the xbox one was the best way until they realised how bad they were doing against Sony. They want more money as they want bigger profit margins than Sony.
That's Business Studies for you!
