i have tried 10 plus disks and many differnt mod menus and iso's but no matter what i do mods will not install or will not play of modded disk when i hot swap i clear my system cache and do everything right i have followed about every tut out there and have tried to hot swap on multiple xboxs but nothing will work PLEASE HELP

They wont install they get to a certain oercentage then says disk is unreadable and if i just hotswap to play they either get stuck at loading or will still say disk is unreadable.

they usually fail to install at about 50 % but some will maybe max at 80% and i am using a slim

zombiekiller123 wrote they usually fail to install at about 50 % but some will maybe max at 80% and i am using a slima lot of people have these sorts of problems when hotswapping on slim consoles :/ my last slim had a dg-16d5s drive and i couldnt hotswap for sh*t on that so i swapped xboxes with my brother and his had a dg-16d4s drive then it worked fine
which hotswap method are you using?

and failing at 50% is usually due to the layer-break when burning the disc i tend to go with verbatim discs as they are better quality, i hardly ever have a bad burn when i use them and they always install
