i have tried on both a slim and a phat xbox and i just hit install then hot swap but i have tried about every method. where can you get verbatim discs?

well that method sounds a bit dodgy, wait until the original discs gets to 1% installed then do the hotswap, this usually works for me or if you are not comfortable doing this then have a usb stick plugged into your console then once hitting install when it says choose a storage device that's when u do the hotswap, and once you swap the discs immediately hit A on the correct storage device.

As for the verbatim discs i order them from ebay i find that's the cheapest play for them.

i have done the second method but not the first so let me try that and if that does not work do you have any other ideas might be wrong?

only things i can think of are: when u burn the disc is the layer-break setting set to 1913760? what speed your burning the discs at? let me know if the method i told you about works.

Did you edit any of the files?

no just the ones that were required to be replaced

is there a lot of cars set to fly? because that can be one cause of freezing, and im glad to know you finally got them working, you may want to use some different mods now though. make sure you dont have a gamesave for gta, and also try clearing your cache again.

what common did u use? (if you used a modded one)

To hot swap, I hit x, open that little thing, then when the laser goes off, I then swap and hit install as fast as I can, try that usually works, may get it wrong a few time tho
