Hello, I was wondering... What's the difference between the Jtag and the RGH? I want to buy one so bad to play on emulators and host Cod4 infection lobby's, but I have no flipping idea what the difference is... Thanks, OCDxPro...

There is no difference in function. Just features an hardware. The Jtag uses about 5 wires I think and the RGH uses a chip and a lot more wires. The RGH has the ability to have multiple nands unlike the jtag that is stuck with only one.

Just to add on a tiny bit; only RGHes can alternate between Live and Homebrew, (only stock nand can connect, glitch side is still offline), since the exploit is not relying on e-fuses being intact. Jtag is also more stable than RGH and always boots up instantly where RGHes boot times vary from console to console.

Where do you think the idea for multiple nands came from...?

JTAGs. It came from JTAGs. They do so have chips for multiple nands: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

The only difference is the RGH takes longer to boot.

RGH uses a chip
Jtag uses wires

That simple, Don't let someone confuse you with all the specifics.
