I had a lucid dream about, let's say, a year ago, this is what happened:

I was sitting on the computer, and then I started controlling myself (most dreams I have are random/not controlled by me), I went to YouTube and clicked on the "Channel" button on the dropdown menu. I looked at my subscriber count and it was like, 2.7 million. And then I woke up, and I was kind of mad to be honest. Lucid Dreams are so realistic (mostly)

It's when you know you're dreaming. You can basically control what happens in your dream, to an extent. It's pretty cool if you get the hang of it.

Lucid dreaming is waking up in your dream and controlling everything that happens. You can get them by luck or learn to do them, they take a lot of practice but after your first or second you should master it.

I have never tried nor experienced lucid dreaming. I want to try it so badly though

A lucid dream is when you can control what you do in your dreams
