I sometimes have these, and they made me nervous so I asked about what was going since i was getting worried but I was told it was only a sign of nervousness and reflexes and it was no big deal.

I have them when I'd sleep in class and we would be doing like major test and everyone would be done, and I would just lay my head down and I had spaz out. I look up and around to see if anyone saw. Then I lay my head back down.

quite awkward really.

Yeah, I have these random spaz attacks every time I fall from a building or some shit like that. I honestly hate it.

If you're referring to the little spasm when you dream of falling, this is due to your body being awake and alert whilst your brain is not.

its not a disease, or terretsyndrome (hope i spelt that right otherwise im goingto look stupid).

ive actually had something called "night tremmers" which was almost like a seizure, i had 3 of them not somethingyou want to experience.

Sorry, but it's Tourette's Syndrome or Tourette's.

Also, it's normal. You get a 'Spaz Attack' when you fall or trip in your sleep.
