I don't believe the old files are working. The original files are linked to an IP that doesn't belong to a server anymore, the IP supposedly got changed and therefore the IP in the old xex is linked to nothing, most likely going to get you banned pretty quickly

Stays at boot logo and shuts down right? That means the xbox could not connect to the IP specified in the XBLStealth.xex, pretty much the server is down.

by any chance could my kv gotten banned when he turned off the server like what ways can ur kv get banned besides hosting in general

If you didn't actually connect to XBL then no, if you connected but didn't do anything then most likely no, but there's always that chance you could've gotten banned

In the meantime I guess someone can make "The Ultimate Guide to don't be banned from Xbox Live using E-XBLS". I use FSD to enter on my games, and I have fear to some of these days I get a ban because of that.
