hey
bought this computer a few weeks ago. it's a Dell desktop running windows 7. I came home today and when I turned it on, it went to the login screen and as soon as I login the screen goes black. any suggestions? rebooting/waiting does not work...

uhm you should try re-setting it to factory settings

it should have come with a reboot disk if not i dont know what to tell you just take it to bestbuy and get it diagnosed

Put the HDD in another computer and format/install windows again.

Grab a Grenade and put in besie your PC na dwait about 5 Seconds and Boom! Its sorted.
