Possibly a corrupt profile or problems freezing. Problems freezing are caused by overheating and playing for long periods of time. Possible fixes for overheating are letting the console sit and rest. Upgrade your fan or reapply Arctic Silver 5 to Heatsinks and GPU. Upgrade fan to 12 volts. Use a different fan for the Xbox like a Talismoon Whisper Fan or another high powered fan. Do not try to use any cooling products from Game Stop or Best Buy that do not require installation as most of them just blow the hot air that is being blown out, back in.

Tanks for the reply but it's nothing to do with the fan/overheating.

Might be a sign of overheating, try holding in the eject button while starting the console

Ok well I think your profile might have some corrupt data or is not working. Try creating a new profile or try injecting your profile to a USB and open it up in Horizon or Modio to check if it works.
