I'm at the part where you need to kill those two girls. What's the easiest way to do so?

It helps a lot if you have a friend if you buy the sports fan pack. When me and my buddy played we separated them and did hit and runs with quick melee weapons. Try and stay quick and don't stay within their hitting range

I used the machine gun teddy bears and set them up in that bar. Kill one girl then the other will be easier

you only have to kill one. i recommend the defiler (sledge hammer + fire axe) a few quick step drinks (blend 2 coffee creamers) and a few wines to heal. use the jump attack with the defiler its very effective.
