Well the title pretty much says it all. i have talked to Verizon which is the internet provider an i did what they said to do an it worked for a while and now its doing it again,
Has anything like this ever happened to any of you guys before?

This is because your phone and network are connected, they try to spit two different waves causing traffic AKA Lag, i would try to have them disconnect this and run them separately

Every time my mother had to make a call from the house phone i had to switch off the internet that's how bad it was. I'm trying to think of the name of this thing i plugged in the wall to stop it
