I have your exact setup and I play BF3 on high 1080p with 7770 Ghz edition. Depends on how hot your components are getting as well.
I can also play the campaign on ultra with no lag.

You will not get 40+ FPS on ultra on a 7770 that is a guarantee.

You couldn't do that on most 7800 series cards.

You will get playable FPS on medium, that's it.

I can get around 30 FPS on ultra on the exact same setup, although it's not ideal, it's certainly playable, And an average of around 50 fps on high. I can record a video using fraps if you would like? Don't want to be annoying, just trying to give the guy some input

I play BF3 on High settings and play DayZ on High/Very High. I will list my FPS Below.

DayZ: 40-60 FPS Cant get one but it mostly depends on map and server

DayZ mostly depends on the server. I will get some screenshot up in a minute.

6350 is just an overclocked 6300. You can buy a 6300 and just overclock it yourself ans save a few bucks
There is literally no performance difference AT ALL between a 6350 and a 6300 overclocked to the same speed
